RESIDENTIAL VISITS

Activities, Bunk Beds & Midnight Snacks

Our residential visits provide guests with the opportunity to develop and learn essential life skills, from taking responsibility for their personal belongings to managing emotions and behavior in a new setting. Through a range of adventurous activities, guests are challenged both physically and mentally, fostering resilience, teamwork, and self-confidence. These activities also promote social interaction and allow participants to build bonds in a setting different from their everyday environment.

To celebrate their achievements, all participants will receive a certificate of achievement at the end of their stay, providing a lasting reminder of their growth and success during their time with us.

Our Classic Residential stretches over two nights, groups arrive from 09:00 on the first day and depart shortly after lunch on the last.

We also offer a Mini Residential for those after a shorter trip. The Mini Residential is a one night stay, arriving from 09:00 on the first day and departing shortly after lunch on the last.

Our activity sessions are typically 1.5 hours long, however, this can be extended if desired. Not sure which activities to choose, take a look at our activities for ideas.

You can request to have NOLA included as part of your residential experience, click the logo above for more information!

The National Outdoor Learning Award (NOLA) offers an excellent framework for helping children reflect on their outdoor learning experiences. It encourages them to think deeply about what they've learned about themselves, their peers, and the environment during their adventures.

Our residential experiences naturally align with the award’s objectives. Time is set aside during the stay for children to reflect on their experiences and complete the NOLA Record Sheet.
